All the products of our company are designed and packed in accordance with export of European and American standard. The packing is mainly adopts fumigation-free wooden cases and box cartons.

1.Fumigation-free wooden cases packing:

It adopts 8mm nine layers plywood as the main body seal, 15mm multi-layer board is the main beam.

Internal use foam board or pearl cotton isolate the main machine and wooden cases.For multiple components combined machines, all the individual components are isolated to each other by foam board or pearl cotton ,and it can guarantee all the metal parts are not direct contact with each other, the remaining space in the case adopts bubble or foam boards filled; It ensure that the machine will not collide and friction between the metal parts and the wooden box in the transportation process, and ensure the safe transportation.

2.export cartons packing:

It adopts high strength 5-layer corrugated board, the thickness is mm.

There is 4 mm five layers plywood filled in the carton up and down, (some machine left, right, front and back also use 4 mm five layers plywood), all machines, up ,down, left, right, front and back, all use 2 cm foam board as lining protection; For multiple components combined machines, all the individual components are isolated to each other by foam board or pearl cotton ,and it can guarantee all the metal parts are not direct contact with each other, the remaining space in the case adopts bubble or foam boards filled; It ensure that the machine will not collide and friction between the metal parts and the wooden box in the transportation process, and ensure the safe transportation .
