Centrifugal emulsion coating machine is one of the important tools to make high quality pad printing plate .This machine uses the centrifugal principle of scatter uniform pad printing photosensitive slurry can be hung on the pad printing steel plate or steel surface, guarantee the photosensitive slurry in the thickness of steel plate or steel surface to keep consistent, to ensure that pad printing steel plate in the process of exposure to uniform exposure and produce high quality printing plate.

1.The machine adopts the top safety observation window design. It can ensure the safety of the work, and it is safe to observe coating process in order to meet the requirements of coating.

2.The machine plate fixed rotating disc adopts the standard steel frames design; Users only need to correspond to use frames corresponding to place on the steel plate and rotating plate and fixed, so as to ensure that won't happen in the process of rotating eccentric caused by the steel plate is not centered place, thus machine shaking problem occurred during operation.

5.The machine adopts CVT machine, it can control the motor rotational speed according to need ;During the coating process,it can rotate from low speed to high speed , to ensure that the thickness of the coating is uniform.

7.The machine plate or steel sheet adopts with all around screw stationary; Steel plate fixed slider according to need to move; Steel plate is placed to the right position after just put the slider screw can guarantee the stability of the steel plate fixed on the rotating disk security. Simple operation, steel plate fixed firmly, that steel will not happen out of danger.

Using method 1:

1.Place the clean up steel plate or sheet fixed and fix screws;

2.Drop a moderate amount of photosensitive slurry through a straw in the center of the steel plate or sheet steel;

3.Close the cover , open the obseration window;

4.Turn on the power supply, gently rotate potential switch, from low rotation speed, rotation and through the observation window to observe the photosensitive slurry by centrifugal distribution (photosensitive slurry affected by centrifugal force from the center to evenly spread around);

5.After photosensitive slurry is full of steel plate,close the window cover, appropriate to speed up the speed, the photosensitive slurry on the surface of the steel plate to achieve the right thickness.

6.Adjust the potential switch to the lowest closing gear, and then turn the power off, users can take out the steel plate in the process of drying process.

Using method 2:

1.Place the clean up steel plate or sheet fixed and fix screws;

2.Close the cover , open the obseration window;

3.Drop a moderate amount of photosensitive slurry through a straw in the center of the steel plate or sheet steel; (users also can turn on the power first, gently rotate potential switch, in the condition of low speed spinning, will right amount photosensitive slurry drops through a straw in the center of the steel plate or sheet steel; while rotating drops of photosensitive slurry while observing)

4.Turn on the power supply, gently rotate potential switch, from low rotation speed, rotation and through the observation window to observe the photosensitive slurry by centrifugal distribution (photosensitive slurry affected by centrifugal force from the center to evenly spread around);

5.After photosensitive slurry is full of steel plate,close the window cover, appropriate to speed up the speed, the photosensitive slurry on the surface of the steel plate to achieve the right thickness.

6.Adjust the potential switch to the lowest closing gear, and then turn the power off, users can take out the steel plate in the process of drying process.
