006221 Universal Platen-Adhesive Free T-shirt/Cloth Fixture Set

It is used to fix the T-shirt and other cloth cut piece onto the platen. Place T-shirt on the platen, then push the metal rod into the slot on top and both sides. The T-shirt will remain still when lifting the screen frame, which will avoid printing images getting blurred during printing.

This fixture set can replace the pallet/platen adhesive used in the screen printing, especially one color printing. It is compatible with all kinds of platen/pallet.

You can fix it on the back of your wooden platen with several screws.

You can also use the equipped glue to stick it on the back of any platen.

This fixture set consists of 7 parts. Come with 3 pcs of 500mm-long metal rod and 4 pcs of fixing plate. You can use them according to your own need.

Method of Installation:

Install all the fixing plate onto the back of platen. Leave appropriate space from platen’s edge for the metal rod to fit in exactly. Screws are provided for wooden platen. Use equipped glue for metal and other platen.

Method of use:

1,Place the T-shirt on the platen and make sure the printing surface is completely flat. Then use metal rod to fix the T-shirt.

2,Print as normal.

3,Lift the screen frame, remove those metal rod and well printed T-shirt.

Please make sure the surface of T-shirt/printing cloth is flat and tight before push metal rod into the slot.
