This set is equipped with suction vacuum device for exposing screen printing plate , which can closely fit film and screen plate through vacuum extraction to further improve the quality of screen plate .
This set can be used with all kinds of non - vacuum exposure machine.
Usage:
1,Using upper exposing type (exposing light from up to down) plate exposure machine:
Paste the film by tape (the set is equipped with tape holder and tape) on the front side of the screen plate according to the correct position;
Cover the screen protection belt on the outer edge of the screen frame
Select the vacuum bag of appropriate size, put it into the mesh plate, and seal the vacuum bag mouth by sliding back and forth with sealing clip several times
Insert the black rubber plate into the bag corresponding to the mesh plate pattern and place it on the back of the mesh plate
Using vacuum pump vacuum 20-30 seconds, make the film and rubber sheet on the upper and lower surface of the vacuum bag completely close to the screen surface, remove the vacuum pump, screw the seal cover;
The film faces up and is placed under the upper exposing exposure machine for photosensitive exposing.
Open the vacuum bag and take out the screen plate after finishing the photosensitive exposing . exposing complete.
2,Using down exposing type (exposing light from down to up) plate exposure machine:
Paste the film by tape on the back side of the screen plate according to the correct position;
Cover the screen protection belt on the outer edge of the screen frame
Select the vacuum bag of appropriate size, put it into the mesh plate, and seal the vacuum bag mouth by sliding back and forth with sealing clip several times
Insert the black rubber plate into the bag corresponding to the mesh plate pattern and place it on the front of the mesh plate
Using vacuum pump vacuum 20-30 seconds, make the film and rubber sheet on the upper and lower surface of the vacuum bag completely close to the screen surface, remove the vacuum pump, screw the seal cover;

Configuration:

Configuration 2; vacuum pump 1pc, electric vacuum extraction; Vacuum extraction time 60-80 seconds;
Configuration 3; High expansion screen plate protection belt 12meters, suitable for the screen frame with height within 3cm , according to the perimeter of the screen frame can be appropriately cut to use; The two ends of the protective belt can be buckled and closed by pasting the two ends with the back glue buckle. Put the protective belt on the four edges of the screen plate before putting it into the vacuum bag to effectively prevent the sharp point of welding angle or sharp foreign body on the screen plate from damaging the vacuum bag.
Configuration 4: protective belt connection with adhesive tape mother buckle 6 cm long 6 pairs;
50*50cm black smooth absorbent rubber plate, used as the bottom of the screen plate;

Special notes:
1,the sealing pad on the vacuum mouth of the vacuum bag should not be removed or pulled out; After vacuum, screw the sealing cover, double protection against air leakage.
2,Affected by ultraviolet radiation, vacuum bag materials will be aging, as consumables, according to our test of each vacuum bag, each bag can be used 20-30 times.
3,If there is a small leakage point in the vacuum bag, use adhesive tape to prevent leakage. If it is difficult to find the air leakage point, you can fill the bag with 1/4 clean water, close the bag mouth, move the bag to lengthen the leakage point and seal it with adhesive tape.
4,When not in use, the vacuum bag cannot be folded and stored as flat as possible.
